Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
